Wow!! So impressed with this product! I purchased the Chai flavor and it’s surprisingly yummy! First, I tried it hot with almond milk before bed. It was such a yummy treat. It tasted so rich and flavorful. The powder dissolves quickly. I also tried it in my morning tea with a little steamed milk and it was delicious. From a digestive perspective, I can tell you it’s doing it job and causing no unpleasant side effects. This is a 10 out of 10!

I really enjoy adding this powder to my yogurts or smoothies! It’s easier to mix in yogurts/smoothies/ or oats than it is with water and other liquids. Nonetheless, it’s a great way to add some fiber to your diet!

I've been using the Bio.me Daily Prebiotic Fiber supplement for about a week, and I’m impressed with how quickly it works. I noticed a positive difference almost immediately, which makes it feel very effective!One of my favorite things about this product is that it’s flavorless, so I can mix it into my favorite drinks like tea, coffee, and even coconut water without changing the taste. It blends in well, and I don’t notice it at all in terms of flavor.Since I’ve started taking this supplement, I’ve also noticed a huge relief from the random stomach pains I used to experience—it’s made a real difference in my comfort throughout the day.One small downside is that it takes a bit of effort to dissolve completely. Even after stirring or shaking vigorously for over 2 minutes, it tends to leave a few clumps at the bottom of my drink. However, this minor inconvenience doesn’t take away from the benefits I’ve noticed.Overall, I’d say this supplement is well worth the purchase if you’re looking to increase your fiber intake, support a balanced microbiome, and encourage the growth of healthy bacteria in your gut.

I like how easy it is to mix into drinks but you have to make sure it’s all blended or you start to drink it and it’s a little thick! But overall easy to use daily to add into my routine would recommend to try and make sure you use it consistently for it to work !

This is great except that it’s almost impossible to stir in completely, I always end up drinking some slimy chunks.. which is a turn off haha! I have found success in blending it up though.

I decided to give Bio.me a try because 2025 is my year of better gut health. This brand came highly recommended from friends and was actually a good price for the amount you get. I like the unflavored one, so I can mix it into literally anything I am already planning to drink- so convenient! I typically mix it in my coffee or water bottle every morning. It blends in easily and leaves no chunky residue. I have been using it for 1 week straight and already noticed less bloating. Definitely give it a try!

I ordered this product as many of the reviews said they saw some results. Once received, I started taking it once a day, mixed into my coffee first thing in the mornings. On day 4 I noticed a little package inside the powder. I knew it was probably one of those “keeps fresh” packets. I went to pull the packet out, and it was open, already mixed in with the fiber powder that I had been drinking…. The little keep fresh packet does say do not eat, I’m not sure how much I actually consumed but just make sure you dig for that packet to make sure it’s not open before you start taking this product. I have sent it back for a refund.Just a side note, I mixed this in a water bottle and it made my water taste a little different. I mixed it with my coffee and I didn’t even notice it was there, other than it didn’t dissolve as much as I would have liked.
