Maybe this mask isn't for me but wanted to share my review with those first time sleep mask users. First, the adjustable strap is extremely uncomfortable. The velcro connector sits right on the back of your skull and for me triggered an instant headache when my head hit the pillow. I tried loosening the strap but that only causes the mask to slip around all night long, eventually sliding off all together.Second, the mask let's light in between the nose outlet on mask. The only way to eliminate the light is if you tighten the strap but again, tightening the strap only makes wearing the mask that more uncomfortable.Third, and back to mask strap discomfort, the straps rub up against the tiny crease between your ear and head. Regardless of how tight or loose, that strap will rub all night long.If there was a way to wear this mask without the strap that would be great. The mask itself is actually cool and sits nice over your face and eyes, but that darn strap is the problem with this product.Sorry and good luck to those who try it out. Maybe a sleeping mask just isn't for my head!

Didn't really think it would make a difference, but it does. Have had other eye masks, they scoot around or mysteriously wind up on the floor next morning. This one stays attached. Nice wide band is adjustable. Mask is comfortable.

I have insomnia, going to sleep is near to impossible, I have periods where I am literally up for 24 hours straight. Given that my semester is starting I knew something had to change so I began to wake up at 5:00AM to work out and have breakfast before I had to get to class. Either way - the idea of going to bed at 9:00 or 10:00 seemed IMPOSSIBLE, until this product came in the mail yesterday. I don’t know if it’s the magnets, or the way they designed it, I’ve had eye blinds before, but never ones this awesome, so thank you for my nights rest. (Didn’t even wake up once!)

I've tried many sleep masks, and I really believe the magnets in this one make all the difference. This one helps me to sleep great.

These are very light. Because of the concave inner surface, they don't make contact with the eyelids. I need to tighten the strap since I'm knocking them off at night. No mask will block all the light at the bottom, or at least on my face, so I still try to keep my room dark. I use these to block all the light that comes in the window from the streetlight. I have another mask with beads that are supposed to cool as well, but they mess up my vision shortly after I take them off. Not sure about the magnets, but I also don't think they hurt anything.

This is approximately my sixth sleep mask. Never been satisfied before this one.It has a little problem with the strap. It was tight when it arrived, but after a short while it began to stretch out too much, until it became so loose I had to sew a pleat into each side. But it's worth it.The eye cups are perfectly deep, even if I sleep on my face, which I usually do.

I was lured by the magnets. It sounds good but the nose cutout does not fit well and allows light to peep in your eyes. I did like that there is indentation for your eye lashes. Fabric is soft and you can feel the small magnets when pinched between your fingers. This product would be better if it was softer and covered the top of your nose.

1 year later...The first one lasted a year and I ordered the exact same one and it’s different and NO magnetic beads———I feel the magnets pressing into my face, and the trim, especially around the nose, is not smooth and rubs against the skin causing irritation...Update - gave it another shot after trying multiple adjustments to the straps and the magnets don’t press as hard. My hair gets caught on the excess Velcro, but it’s tolerable now.
