This is a perfectly healthy, portable and vitamin packed snack for toddlers. My one year old loves them. I wish the cap was just a tad bigger because the first thing he wants to do is play with it, however (much like the warning on the product says) it is too small and poses a chocking hazzard. I love that he can either squeeze it himself or just suck the yogurt out of the opening. The size is appropriate, for a snack, and the ease of just tossing into the diaper bag can't be beat. It's a better deal to order on Amazon (especially subscribe and save) than purchasing in the grocery store, but still a slightly high priced snack.
