Works great, but can get very heavy. Very durable btw.

Have to lay it down to fit under the shelves in my refrigerator, was concerned about leaking, but no issues so far (only had it for about a month or two). I like the straw option & the fact that you can take the cover off completely to wash it easily.

Love the size and features, keeps water cold. Boyfriend works outdoors and is happy with it. Only two problems I came across, if it’s left out in the sun the outside becomes too hot to hold and drink from. If the jug is full when you carry it from the hook or the side handles then water will leak out from the top since the jug is tilted. If it had a carrying handle from the top then it’ll be easier to carry around.
