High Quality But Didn't Work For Me
I bought this to make the process of treating my inflammation easier. I ended up with arthritis in my knee after an illness, and was making a turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper drink every evening, which can sometimes be time consuming so sometimes I just wouldn't do it. It's convenient to have these in your pull container, but a fat is still necessary when taking to make it effective. They're easy to swallow and the ingredients seem good, but they just weren't effective for me for the price.
