it doesn't get to hot but it helped with my dry eyes. the part that you put over your ear is very stretchy and if comfortable. I had no problems going to sleep with this mask on.

I had a similar set previous to this one. These heated eye wraps do heat up but not as hot as my plug ins. Still, quite nice and is easily opened and used for wherever you might want them. They are individually wrapped, for one time use. I suppose you could wear them more than once but won’t get the heat.They have openings to put over your ears but once you put them on, they’re as soft as tissue paper.

They are just okay. They don't really do anything.

Since I’ve had about five eye surgeries , I really love these hot eye warmers is perfect for traveling as well. They’re disposable and it really heats up and before you know what your fast asleep you won’t go wrong with these.
