I love the rich malty taste of this tea which is very refreshing. The size of the package makes for good value and keeps the tea fresh. My last purchase was a gift to my aunt and uncle who enjoyed it so much when they last stayed with us.

Good quality leaves - not dust - excellent flavour.

Real rich Assam, exactly the flavour I was looking for.Only downside is the tea leaves swell up & block the spout of my teapot.

I'm an Assam tea drinker and was looking for a better/more cost effective tea than the usual tea bags. These loose leaves make a nice enough cup of tea. It's not the strongest I've had and it does require quite a bit of brewing time to get it about right. Flavourwise, it's pretty good and I've no complaints about that. On the whole, it's quite good tea at a reasonable price.

This is the weakest most flavourless Assam tea I have ever tasted and Assam is my tea of choice. I have to use nearly double the teaspoons of this in my pot as I use with almost every other brand I've tried. I like my tea medium strong with lots of nuance to the flavour. I won't be getting this one again.If you're looking for a full flavoured Assam this isn't it.
