This support seat cushion is way more comfortable than I expected, and the way it remains cool regardless of how long I've been sitting on it is a huge plus for me since I always get hot. It is comfortable, soft, cool, well made, supportive and has made a significant difference in my back pain. Before this support seat cushion my lower back was always in a lot of pain and my tailbone was so tender that I couldn't put any weight on it. I've only had this for a few days and the pain in both my lower back and my tailbone have significantly decreased. A few more days of sitting on this support seat cushion and I think I'll be pain free. This is a must have for anyone who sits for long periods of time

Was surprised how spongy it was for it's advertised "5X support" but it was bought for a 125lb. senior so it works great. For someone who was maybe twice that weight, I think it might fully collapse when used on a harder surface. Would by again, just thought this was worth mention...

I recently purchased the 5X Support Thicker Seat Cushion for my office chair, and it has been an absolute game-changer for me. The seat cushion I have received is very soft and comfortable for my bottom. I have used this to drive before and I’m at able to drive for long periods of time with this cushion with pure comfort unlike sitting on the car seat. It comes in a shape as a donut, which makes the cushion perfect as it is not stiff and it provides great levels of comfort and no pain. You can use the seat anywhere else, wherever you need. It is not heavy at all, it is lightweight so it is good for traveling and such! I recommend the product to anyone who tends to feels bottom pain and so.

It helped a bit during my 9 hour drive out of state. My back was not hurting as much.

Shape was good, performance definitely odd feeling. Was not comfortable. I got it because I am required to sit for my job. I thought it would help with sciatic nerve pain due to me being a heavy woman. It didn’t help me with sitting. I tried many different ways to make it work. At 275’was not comfortable. Although sitting on it in a recliner it was fine. My husband he tried it and he said it wasn’t bad for him. But he is not overweight so he felt like it was a cloud.

I own many of these type orthopedic cushions and this one is by far the best. It is a bit softer, more gel like than the others. Give it a day or so to fully "inflate". It takes pressure off my tailbone and helps with my sciatica. I use it at the dining room table as we have hard wooden chairs and also at work. Remember it helps to take a short walk every now and then. This cushion could also be easily packed and brought to a football game or any event where the seating is not comfortable, and will make everyone else envious!

My computer chair isn't so comfortable to sit on for an extended period of time. I have a tried a few other similar products, this one definitely offers much better comfort. The build quality seems to be good as well. Recommend.
