Works well and warms my smaller office space. It can aim in one direction, or swivel. The remote is convenient and works well. It is quieter relative to my prior floor heater, but still audible.

This is because you are NOT SUPPOSED TO PLUG ANY SPACE HEATER INTO a power strip, surge protector, extension cord, or an outlet where other items are plugged in! This is common sense for most people but in shortage these days. Also these warnings are front-most in THE OWNERS MANUAL! Don't be lazy - read it or risk starting fires!!! (and/or worse)This heater is very impressive. For being small it does a big boys job. I was so impressed with the 1st one I bought, I went back to Amazon and bought a 2nd one a couple of days later. (and a 3rd taller model is on the way) I haven't found a single reason for criticism. It has everything you need:1. digital incremental temp adjustments2. a 1-12 hour timer3. child lock4. 3 heats modes plus an ECO function plus a fan only mode5. fantastic remote control6. you can turn sound (beeps) on or off7. cools itself off when/if you turn it off8. overheat and tip-over protection9. nearly instant ceramic heat10. it oscillates 70 degrees11. it is EXTREMELY quiet!I compared this (in person, at home) to other brands. They especially out-performed the Pelonis 15" and 23" models which I bought and returned. Dreo literally blew them away, throws heat much further to mention only one comparison.A LAST NOTE: These currently cost less than Amazon at Dreo's website. Best heater out there. It's actually quiet! The sound it makes is so light; I don't see how it could disturb anyone. I could even meditate with it on full power. Other heaters say they're quiet, and they are definitely not. It heats up a room really quickly too. It comes with a remote control so you can change a setting while you're snug and reading or whatever without having to get up and resituate yourself. You can set the temp to what you want and it turns off when it reaches that temp. It oscillates too if that's something you want. It even looks stylish. You could pay twice the amount of money and still not get a poorer heater than this one. With so many cheap products on the market today, it's surprising when you come across a product that actually works as it should and is top of the line for a reasonable price.

If I ABSOLUTELY CAN RECOMMEND ANY SPACE HEATER IT WOULD BE ONLY THIS ONE!! I use it to keep my room warm at night without having to keep the heat running in the house all night.I bought 2- one for room and other for living room. Definitely warms up the room! Turn it up to 95 in advance and then lower it before you go to sleep because it will get hot. It’s so quiet you can barely hear it. Keep the very handy remote next to you so you don’t have to get up in the middle of the night to change the settings/turn off or on. I’m amazed at how quiet this is and has 3 different power settings. I’ve been using this for over 6 months now.. every night and they have been sooo good to me!! Such good quality and features!!!!! Highly highly recommend from the bottom of my heart

I had my first unit for a little less than a month when the temperature stopped adjusting to the room’s temperature. When I tried to use the remote to raise or lower the temperature the unit would stop rotating. Changing the batteries didn’t improve anything. I had wondered if I didn’t understand how to properly use the different functions but decided I either wanted a different unit or to have it replaced to see if the new one worked! After speaking with Amazon customer service, they immediately arranged for a replacement unit to be shipped to me and free pick up for return of the malfunctioning unit was authorized. I was able to keep the malfunctioning unit to use for heat until I received the new working unit👍The replacement unit worked exactly as I had thought it was supposed to be working👍👏🏻 This unit just like the first unit, had absolutely no off smell at initial startup. After two days of use, I packed up the old one and handed it to my UPS guy at his next delivery to me.I was using this little heater in my old wood sided uninsulated Adirondack cabin during the months of October and November. It ran on the high fan speed most of the time set on average of 66. Initially it was set up about 6 feet away from me but mid November was moved within 3 feet when the outside temps stayed below 40 and the room air was often very cold. The fan on high is not super loud but when I put it down to medium or low fan speed I would feel relieved to have the annoying sound dissipate!I was also using 1500 watt oil filled radiators, one just a few feet from this Dreo. My living room stayed around 60. The little 8” or 10”ceramic fan heaters that I also used gave off much better heat than this Dreo but at a significantly louder decibel! It doesn’t get super hot to the touch and it does shut off when it falls over so I was comfortable using it with my two kitties chasing each other past it. It’s small so it doesn’t weigh much and it’s easy to carry with the little cutout at the top that creates a handle. I wouldn’t count on this heater doing more than taking out or keeping the chill out of a 55 and above small area that has minimal drafts.I got this at a discounted price which made me feel like it was a a good buy. Most importantly was the ease in which getting the faulty unit replaced and returned was.

For what im using it for its amazing! I have 3 dreo heaters and all three are great. Definitely worth the money and will heat your bedrooms just fine. Fire hazard safety and auto off plus eco controlls. Don't hesitate just buy it. Great build quality too and it just looks sleek and cool. Not a noisy pos either.
