I take multiple strains of Probiotics. I decided to add this to my daily Regimen.

Good supplements that really help my wife pooh and be regular.

I was taking prev order and all wad good. I opened up 8/3/24 received product to refill pillbox and saw these awful looking pills. Yellow/brown splotches. I looked at the bottom of the bottle and they were expired 08/22. You can't return, but call Amazon for a refund if you get a defective product. The manufacturer should be notified by Amazon. Canceled my auto shio, trying a different brand.

This supplement seems helpful. I just started taking it and it is not the only supplement I started taking. I will have to give it a longer time of trial. But I have observed that my tummy is flatter.
