This ORGANIC salt has an amazing taste. I did some research and this was the top rated out of many such as Himalayan Pink, Celtic Salt, Sea Salt and Black Salts. This salt comes out of the ocean, filtered through sands, and settled into a small controlled pool in the Baja Bay. It has with around 96 minerals and trace elements. It is Unprocessed and Unrefined. I have used this in cooking and baking as well as a pinch in my water after I have worked. No need for a lot. Also would recommend for any age to get some of those needed trace minerals.

I absolutely love this. I keep both course and fine at all times. It tastes so much better than store bought salt and you need less. 10 out of 10 stars.

Love the health benefits, but the crystals are a bit too large to fit through a regular salt shaker.

This salt is very good. I mix a half a teaspoon in water and drink it before a meal and before bed. It increase fluid retention in my system and helps with digestion. I also sprinkle a little bit on foods such as sourdough & veggies for a pleasant slaty kick. It has a much deeper flavor that regular salt.

Great salt, comes from the gulf of Baja so far far less plastics. Lower in sodium than others while having the other minerals needed for human health. Pricey but to me worth it. Been doing a dash in my drinking water, not even enough to taste it, just enough to help with electrolytes. 100% recommend. Side note, taste wise it starts sweet then slides into a sea salt flavor.

I enjoy the flavor of this salt and I don't experience swelling in my extremities when I use it. I appreciate that the company publishes the testing to show that it's free of plastic and other impurities. However, I do not like that the package design is the same for each type of coarseness. I made the mistake of purchasing "natural grain" (larger pieces) instead of the "fine grind" because of the package similarity. Amazon will not allow returns on this item so I'm going to need to grind it to finer pieces before using it, as I prefer the fine grind for cooking and baking. I'd appreciate the packaging to distinguish better between the two.

Delicious! It is best used in a salt pinch rather than a shaker, as it is a little clumpy, but the flavor is very, very good as a finishing salt or regular cooking salt.

Nice product using in salt grinder, great taste has a nice salty taste. Works well for my food brings out a good flavor.
