I had quite a significant operation, and in hospital I could not sleep without being in pain, and my stitches feeling like they were going to pop, unless I slept with the bed raised so I was kind of sitting up to an extent. I was dreading going home to be honest as I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep lying down flat, I even jokingly asked for one of their beds.Anyway, a nurse recomended the next best thing, and it was this pillow. It's brilliant to simulate the angle that I was sleeping at in the hospital. Also you can have it two ways up, so when I sleep I have this at the lower incline, and when I sit up in bed I have this the other way around at the steeper incline so that the pillow is still supporting me and supporting my sitches either way around. It's nice and soft, but firm enough to give you the support you need. For the jobs it does, which will be much more than I have used it for no doubt, it's worth every single penny. Well, anything that can get me a good nights sleep is priceless really.

Arrived very quickly, would suit most people with health related breathing issues as it raises your upper back up to a level to aid your chest. Unfortunately was not suitable for me due to braking some ribs, but having said that will use for leg elevation. Quite a firm sponge as a support with soft cotton cover which can be removed for washing.

The pillow is ok and I'm keeping it since I need it and don't have time to send it back but it is completely not as pictured. The pattern on the case is different. The pillow case completely does not fit the shape of the pillow (images attached). The case is made out of plasticky material, not what I would expect as a pillow case material, not polycotton as listed in the description.There is no logo on the product as well.

So i use this when Lay in bed reading/ watching tv. what a difference this has made to my back. seems to have alleviated the pain in my lower neck/ upper back and is generally very comfortable. really good product.

This wedge pillow is very firm, just what I need to keep my back straight and supported whilst sitting and as a loser wedge whilst laying down as I need to sleep at an angle.As I said, it's very firm. Some would find it too firm but for me its good for my back problem.

I find this pillow very supportive while sitting up in bed , good value for money and would recommend.

I brought this to use after my c-section!I personally needed extra pillows on top of this to begin with but it does what it says it's suppose to!The smell when you open it wasn't great and lingers for a bit.Would suggest washing the case before using and spraying the pillow bit itself with some fabric febreze or steam cleaning it!Other than that great and I still use it now when watching TV!
