Beautiful Steak Knife
I literally had just finished grilling the thick ribeye steaks and as they were resting the steak knives were delivered. They are in a very sturdy storage box and they fit in there nice and tight and cozy. Each were wrapped and had a plastic protective point tip as a guard. I washed them up quickly and got to slicing up my steak!THEY ARE GREAT! The wood is so smooth, the weight was just perfect, the serrated teeth are nice and sharp just like in the video. I'm sure the edge retention will last if I don't saw logs with them. They washed up beautifully in warm soapy water. I dried them thoroughly so they are stored just like new. I'm going to have steak more often now because these are a perfect tool at a great price!

Has a nice handle
The knife came in a nice container and came sharp right out of the box. I was worried about any rust but no need to worry, the stainless steel in the title is accurate. It also has a nice balance to it, my job is to cut a lot of fruit and veggies and it does a great job so far (at least within the first month). It also feels nice in the hand. We have to sharpen our knives a lot so lets see how long it lasts

Impressed would be an understatement
it was pleasantly a little bigger than I expected. When it claimed to be razor sharp I expected another sharp knife but this thing is crazy sharp. The knife feels very comfortable in my hand and is very beautifully made. If I ever need another fillet knife this will be the one I would get again. Well I liked the fillet knife so well that I bought the full set and am even more impressed with it. Every knife is so razor sharp that with very little effort the knives glide through everything. The knives are far more beautiful in person than what you care in the pictures. Every time I use these knives I’m amazed. This is by far the best knives I’ve ever had. Note that since they have wooden handles I’m not about to put them in the dishwasher and screw them up. Well I’ve had the knife set for 3 months and the first fillet knife nearly 5 months and they all get used often and all are as beautiful as the day I bought them and just as sharp.

Great knife!
I raise Tilapia. Bought this for filleting the fish. It has just the right amount of flex in the blade and it holds the edge enough for cutting thru bones enough for two good sized fish. Buy a wet stone though and learn to use it.

Decent knife with good looks
I rarely need a filet knife, but when I do, there’s no substitute for it. This one has everything you need, too: full tang, handsome looks, good flex and balance. It sliced meat against the grain with ease right out of the box. Good knives are an essential part of any kitchen, but don’t get talked into spending a ridiculous amount of money just because they come with a legacy label and some kind of lifetime guarantee. Quality can be had for a fair price.

Sharp
I got this for my brother because his fillet knife is so dull It’s pitiful. I told him to be careful with it when he takes it out and he cut a tomato with it and it was incredibly sharp. I told him not to use it as a chef knife because that’ll just dull it. Who knows what he’ll do.
