Works well. It’s very cushioned so it feels thick-ish.Inside my golf shoe it definitely makes the shoe feel smaller, tighter, which is fine, just a little trim and it fits fine. I like the arch support. It’s not overly stiff nor is it too soft, so seems to fit my golf shoe well, as I needed to replace the original sole it came with that had flattened after a year.Why pay more? I wouldn’t.Just test it real quick for the padding before you go and really use it.

Bought these for my platform boots, the sole is a bit too arched and feels odd/makes my legs hurt. Good quality for the money, but I'd only use these if you have a very deep arch in your foot

Good supportive inserts for the money. Put them in my cowgirl boots as they were a little too big.

Did not work for me . Inserted, it hurt my toes. I can’t return because I cut them but they still didn’t fit right….too big and too high.
