This was one of my best purchases I have made. I'm a disabled veteran, and it's hard for me to move around much, so I spend a lot of time sitting around or on my PC. The Simway Shifter was so easy to install and the software setup was as well. The Shifter is very well made and the three switches are in the perfect spot for using them while in the game. It's great having the thumb switch for use as the Jake Brake. I just wish they offered an add on extension kit to make the shifter taller, but that can be ordered online from another vender. If you play any Truck driving game this Simway Shifter is the one you need. The Shifter makes the game much more entertaining and shifting up to eighteen gears is great. Simway hit one out of the park when they built this wonderful shifter. Thanks Simway, Disabled Navy Veteran. 👍

I'm very happy with this unit. Switches were a bit tight at first work nicely after about a month of use. Very happy with my purchase. Update: It's now be 1.5 years since I bought this shifter and it's still going strong. I did have to pop the top off and tighten a screw that loosened up from use. As mentioned in my initial review, the switches were tight when I first got the shifter but since broke and and still work smooth with no sloppiness.

I purchased this sim shifter for american truck simulator. The 1st shifter to arrive worked for about a week before it kept disconnecting from the pc. I returned and they sent a 2nd shifter thinking the 1st was just a bad batch. The 2nd shifter only lasted about a week and a half before the ranger selector stopped working. I'm very disappointed and ended up ordering a $200 shifter from a custom maker because buying this shifter made me not trust any of the brands sold here.

It works great, but the construction of the extender is poor. It broke on me within 2 hours. Luckily it screwed directly on to my stick shifter

This shifter is pretty well built for the price! I’ll give an update later on down the line as far as functionality etc. However, so far, it’s proving to be a great purchase.

Works great. When your binding the buttons in ATS: - shifter toggle 1 is: hi / low range( button on the front) - shifter toggle 2 is: splitter( bigger button on the side) Probably the closest replica Ive tried yet to the real thing. It also comes with replaceable top plates for different shift patterns and comes pre installed with the 18 speed one. Install is straightforward. Your gonna remove your shifter knob, find which of the black rubber pieces fit the shifter shaft you have, then take that and jam it into the bottom of the black metal piece, then jam the black metal piece into this shifter knob, fit it over your shifter shaft, then take a few screws and tighten everything down being sure to also tighten the screw on the back of the shifter knob that tightens the knob to the black metal piece. VERY IMPORTANT: check the box in the game settings that says: shifter toggle uses switch mode I grew up around heavy machinery. Many years in the passenger set of a truck. Brings a smile to my face to relive my childhood of riding with family now lost, and times past.

Good shifter but only reason i bought it for was it is like the real shifter in trucks, and the Jake button, but it dont work right like other one I have with push button, where this one is a switch.
