Bluetooth Speakers, iClever Mini Portable Travel Speaker, Rechargeable with Enhanced Bass, Super-Sized 5W Driver (Red)

I've been looking for a bluetooth speaker for some time and was considering spending a 3 figure sum on a device. However I stumbled upon a review which rated the Iclever device as first class and decided to give it a go.The product was delivered promptly and I was immediately impressed by the packaging. On opening the box the device strikes you as being one which should have cost a lot more. The device is surprisingly heavy for something so small and is encased in a metallic like case with a neat bright blue trim around the middle. The main function button is on the front of the device and displays a different colour dependent on connectivity with a device or not. The music controls and power switch is on the bottom of the device, neatly out of the way. The product's quality build quality belies its low price.On initially turning on the device, the setup was complete within 30 seconds. My Android device picked up the device right away and paired.The sound quality from the device is first class and with very deep bass (no tin like sound) and is crystal clear. The volume of the sound is also very impressive; I use the iclever in my garage when using my treadmill and it is still clearly audible from within my house...my wife keeps reminding me! I'm still staggered at the quality of sound coming from such a small device.The battery seems to provide around 9 hours without recharge and seems to be refilled in around an hour and a half of charging.To sum up, an excellent device that I believe is exceptional quality in its build and sound for the low price. If you're looking for a wireless bluetooth speaker - look no further!

OK, so its not going to be up there in the high end category in terms of sound, but for what its worth, it's a fantastic product.Surprising amount of sound from such a tiny piece of kit, it's clear, punchy - just the perfect balance of sound ranges for music on the go. Build quality is extremely robust, it looks and feels like a premium product. Nice weight to it, ergonomics are top notch. Especially handy for travel, enough sound to fill your average hotel room, good sound for connecting to you tablet or phone for either music or streaming video services, just good to have as an alternative to headphones. Means you can go about your business without the limitations / restriction of earphones, the device can also be used for voice calls.Comes with a USB cable and headphone type jack, so you can charge & connect the old fashioned way if need be. The latter does also improve on battery life rather than relying on Bluetooth.Minor gripes.... As mentioned, battery life can drain on Bluetooth, but you can squeeze more if you connect via cable. It does charge up relatively fast so its not too bad. The Bluetooth connector button is towards the bottom of the unit - just would have been handy on top for ease. Also, although the Bluetooth dis-connects after a period of inactivity, the unit remains powered (you need to physically switch it off at the base). Just would have been great for it to drop into some sort of standby/ sleep mode to save battery. Handy for when you fall asleep or leave the room and forget about it.Overall, great value for money, very nice product.

When I received these headphones, I was surprised at the actual build quality and feel of them. They looked quite good with a handy strap that goes around the back of the neck to help keep them in place.Everything was neatly packaged with all necessary instructions and a charging lead (micro usb).When I first charged the earphones up I did have a little problem with the rubber grommet covering the charging port. I have quite large fingers so did find it difficult to open, however once opened, the connection felt secure and tight.The earphones took just over an hour to charge, something that was indicated by some nice LED's on the side of one of the earphones. I turned them on and attempted to connect them to my laptop. This was surprisingly easy and within about 1 minute, they were paired and ready to go.I fired up Youtube to one of my favourite tracks and placed the earphones in my ears. The only thing I can say at this point is they do feel a bit bulky and heavy in the ear. They also come with different sized ear buds which is very handy.When the track started playing I was amazed with the sound quality! Absolutely beautiful bass, midrange and treble with only a very very slight crackle at full volume (I don't advise playing at full volume, this was for testing only!) This could however be from the choice of Youtube video. The pure tone sound of these earphones is exceptoinal, as I have come to expect from iClever sound equipment. They are however not designed for gaming and as such I would not advise them for purely this application. Background noise is well masked and does not cause much of a problem.The earphones lasted several hours (just under 5) before they needed charging again but within an hour or so they were ready to go again.Overall, a really great set of headphones that are very good for music.To put it simply -Pro's -Great lookFast charge and long useExcellent sound qualityVoice confirmation for connecting/disconnectingDifferent sizes of ear budsCons -Charger port grommet a little difficult to get outThey feel a little clumsy
