This is a great cuff. Just like older style ones I used a long time ago. I question the accuracy of all this equipment. Even the Doctor's office. There doesn't seem to be a concise and standard way of calibrating this equipment. Digital in my experience seems to read higher. This seems to be more moderate. Who knows??

I was sick of using the electric versions which were not that accurate. I decided to go ahead and get a real real version. I'm able to do it with one hand. The screw for the bleed could be a little smoother to operate with a finer thread. Otherwise it works fine once you get used to it and the results work well. I use the small cone of the stethoscope that seems to work better than the big one, which doesn't work for me at all that. I've been using this now for about 5 months and it's pretty accurate when I compare to other hospital versions

Very good double bell stethoscope with dual tubes for auscultation. It is also a full size instrument, with replacement parts if needed. Arm bladder is also full size for average size people and children. Aneroid dial can be mounted on bladder or held. It was accurate when compared to another device. The quality device should last many years.

Pedí el rojo y me enviaron el azul, además de la diferencia de siete euros, y obviamente que no a mi favor, y no lo cambio porque tengo que enviarlo por mi cuenta el AZUL que recibí que me saldrá en más de siete euros el envió y tiempo del que no dispongo, en otras palabra me creyeron daltónico, y gaste más porque lo solicite urgente, os recomiendo no fiarse de estos y abrir el paquete antes de aceptarlo. Por suerte el producto no deja de ser bueno.
