I am a crypto miner. Bought these for myself and my friend. My friend, against my advice, hooked these up to power an RTX 3070. He used improper settings, I have my 3070's running at about 120-140 watts under mining load. Well, my friend didn't listen and was running 230 watts through these cables! Not only did his house NOT burn down, but everything worked normally under this load for approximately 1 week until I caught it and adjusted his power settings. Before, fixing his overclocking settings, I felt the cable physically. Under the 230 watt load, the cables were warm to the touch, but not hot, and appeared to be in an ok condition under that load.I highly recommended these cables, as they performed above and beyond well past safe and recommended specifications. These cables will work to power a properly undervolted RTX 3070 and below, although for maximum safety, use 8 pin splitters for RTX 3060's and above unless you really know what you are doing.EDIT: I see other reviewers knocking these splitters because they are getting hot above 230 watts. ***FIRE HAZARD SAFETY WARNING*** these 6 pin cables are only rated for a MAX of 216 watts. And under constant load you should only be at 80 percent of that. If you need more power, purchase the 8 pin splitters from the same company. Anything higher than about 200 watts constant load is a fire hazard. You have been warned.

Love this product. in the beginning, I started just using the Y splitters for the riser cards, but eventually trusted the quality to split between GPU's and they have handled the work nicely. for the folks asking, I do split between AMD and NVidia cards and the cables handles the workload. Would recommend the splitters and will probably buy more in a few days.

I purchased a lot of cables trying to find the correct way to power my graphic cards in my rig, but all didn't work easily like this dual PCIe cable. It was a very easy setup, and very clean wiring. The dual PCIe cable is long enough to reach the GPU 8 pin power, and the riser 6 pin power in the same time with extra length to keep it away from the GPU. I used an Evga 1000W G1+ to power my rig by plugging in the stock PCIe cable end into my PSU PCIe port, and the other end (6 + 2) 6 pin to the dual PCIe cable, and then connected the dual PCIe to the riser and the GPU. I will order more to build my second rig, and keep some on hand.

I've been using these for about a month now. I haven't had any issues with heat or melting. I wish they were longer. I'm purchasing one more set to finish off the current mining rig I have.

Great product does what it is supposed to. I have used several of these for building gaming computers and have never had any issues with any. Just make sure your power supply is powerfully enough and you should be good to go.

I will recommend this cable , but make sure is not fit on PSU sata slot , because PSU sata slot is male tooSo PCIE to 6 pin > x2 6+2 pin , one 6 pin to Riser , one to GPU whatever 6 or 8 pin GPU tried both works fine

Great quality good price, I have ordered a lot of these splitters and rarely have issues with any of them.

I mine with quite a few GPU's the more power hungry ones needed some splitters. I can happily say that these cords work great and there hasn't been any issues.
