Great support and helped ease the pain

The original package contained, as it turned out, the wrong sized wrap. I initially gave a poor review. Ted, the president of Adalid, contacted me right away when he saw my review and has since sent the correct size thigh wrap. He also comped me the original one. I am very satisfied with the service and would certainly recommend this merchant. The smaller wrap worked well on my ankle and calf and, fortunately, my thigh injury has healed up nicely so I haven't had occasion to use that wrap but it was certainly effective on my ankle.

I bought this compression wrap for a super-sensitive-to-discomfort teen in order to satisfy the C in RICE. A few of the others available looked cooler and extended farther along the thigh but I didn't want to deal with having to exchange it for a different size, so I chose this one. She was able to put it on snugly without help which was nice and it even comes with a removable heat/cold pack that fits into a sleeve on the inside face of the wrap. Although I would have preferred a wrap that could slide on without the whole velcro/adjustment, this product works as promised and is easy to adjust.

Very good product very well made but I am not sure if it was me or the product but I tried to keep it in the freezer at it’s appropriate times but I found that impossible for the life I have so the solution inside did evaporate some what, if they could find a way for the solution to never disappear would had given 5 Stars easily

What I use it for : Deep thigh bruise.What I like about it : Rolled up with cold pack it freezes in about 1 1/2 hours. When taken out and unrolled it conforms perfectly to fit around upper thigh. It takes a little effort to tighten sufficiently to be useful.What I don’t like: Will not stay in place without sliding down my leg if I try walking.What would make it great : A wider and longer stretch band that would go around the leg completely.Conclusion : I find it very useful in my healing process with a couple modifications. I use the standard size cold pack and ace bandage when walking around.

Be advised, while the sleeve seems very nice, the package does not contain an Ice Gel Pack. Both the description and the box that it comes in indicate that the Ice Gel Pack is included. Unfortunately, the package I received did not.***Updated review. Without being asked, this company stood behind their product and corrected the error that I experienced. Now that we have the actual wrap and gel pack we will give it a five star rating. Works great, stays in position and gives complete coverage to my daughter's quad. Very happy with product and would order again and would highly recommend. My daughter is a 14 year old XC runner with athletic build.

This wrap is very comfortable, whether I use it for heat or cold. The material is smooth and doesn't further injure the area I'm using it on. It's my first choice not only for my thigh, but for my back or any spot that needs help.

It was what I wanted and proved to be made of quality materials. I like the gel pad for cold or heat.

Fine for sitting. Can't use it if on your feet, just slips off. I got this so I could use it at work. Useless.
