Needed for several recipes, mostly breads and pasta dough
Normally purchased from our local supermarket who happened to be out-of-stock on the last two attempts; consequently, this is slightly more expensive but includes P&P.There is no obvious difference in quality in this than that previously used but it isn't quite as fine. It mixed well into a dough without any additional graininess being noticed while still raw. Once baked, texture was to expectation. This could also be ideal to use in semolina puddings, Asian-style halva and other dishes.

Great quality semolina – perfect for pasta, pizza and baking
This is a pantry staple for me now – the Natco Fine Semolina is finely milled and consistent in texture, making it ideal for homemade pasta, pizza dough, and even traditional desserts like halwa or puddings. It has a clean, fresh taste and works beautifully as a dusting flour for pizza bases. The 1.5kg bag is excellent value for money – it lasts ages, and I’ve found the quality to be just as good (if not better) than more expensive brands. The resealable packaging would be a nice future improvement, but as it stands, it's a great product that delivers exactly what it promises.

Good product
I have found it hard to find semolina, but this is very good and an amazing price. Lots of it, shared it around the family. Quality. I really do not know what "Sheerness means". I have looked it up, but no the wiser.

Good stuff but buy the smaller quantity unless you're a pro!
Perfect for pizza bases. My main advice would be unless you're semi professional and making pizzas in bulk, a kilo and a half of this will last you years! We've made less than 10 pizzas in the past couple of months and maybe used a 100g as you mix it with flour.

Great for pizza's
Thickness always in the options for review! Makes no sense. Anyway, I got this for making pizzas, I use a bit in the dough and also to stop the raw dough sticking to the pizza peel (like a paddle) the price was okay taste is great and doesn't burn in the oven like flour does. If you want to make homemade pizza properly. Find a dough recipe you like get a pizza stone and get some semolina

Good, fine semolina
Very good and inexpensive semolina, it's fine and we're using it to make sweet puddings for the kids - which is a lot better than buying ready made products, as we can add fruits and replace sugar with erythritol.Recommended!

You definetily get a great value for what you pay
Did not expect to get such a nice flour, for such a low price. I am using it on a every day base, for the most different recipes. Started to used recently for some deep-fried calamari, keep both flavor and taste. Highly suggested
