Bluesky Gel Nail Polish, Hot Chocolate CS26, Light Brown, Long Lasting, Chip Resistant, 10 ml (Requires Drying Under UV LED Lamp)

My own fault but didn’t realise this was half the size of a normal bottle. If you assume that bottles from the same manufacturer are the same size, think again. I purchased another colour which is double the size but only slightly dearer.Had I realised, I would not have bought this.As I said, my own fault for not reading the description carefully. Buyer beware indeed.

This polish is very dark brown, not black. I had to apply four coats to achieve an almost black finish but it’s not true black. The quality is not that great either, it goes on very well but it chipped on two of my nails after two days. I’m not new to gel manicures and I always prep my nails correctly and use a good quality base and top coat and thin layers of everything. It still chipped though.

This is not a ‘vibrant purple’ as advertised at all. It’s more of a light magenta colour.It works in terms of it being a gel polish. It needed a fair few coats because of how light the colour was. But I would avoid if you want to be in with a chance of a colour that is reflective of the picture.

What a superb colour! It goes on in thin, transparent coats, so I put on three layers before the colour really shows up. And it lasts and lasts! The . only reason for removing it is when my nails grow and there is a big gap above the cuticles. Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones, because I haven't had any of the allergic reactions reported by some people. Bluesky products, for me, are the best nail solution I have found in a long time, and at last my brittle nails are getting a chance to grow and mend.

I love the mini size, so I get to try before committing to a bigger size. I have bought a few different colours from this brand. The gel polishes wear well and give me a quality , 2 week lasting manicure that doesn’t chip.

This gel polish looks NOTHING like the images they show. It came and I was so gutted. The polish has no thickness to it. No matter how many coats you apply, you end up with transparent RED nails. Waste of money

Honestly I am not one to complain or write reviews so there is definitely something wrong here! I can't fault the super quick delivery, but I can certainly fault the accuracy of the image compared to the colour in the bottle! I honestly thought I was going colour blind! Since opening the bottle I have read previous reviews. I wish I had saved my money by reading the reviews first as this is a completely different colour.

This is the ‘Blue Raspberry Pastel’ but it’s definitely not pastel in my opinion. Also this is 4 coats and could of done with another 1 or 2 more. I can’t speak for how the polish wears/lasts as I’ve only just put it on.
