After spraining my arm, I decided to try a compression sleeve rather than wrapping the arm daily. It provided the support needed and seemed to help with the healing process. I am an average sized woman and I ordered a medium and it fit perfectly. A small would have been too tight.

My son bought this for curling. He really likes it. He is about 160lbs 5'10''. It fits fine.
