These are good quality R-Alpha Lipoic supplements that are sugar-free and made in GMP-manufactured units. I have used many ala brands, and most of them are just another alpha lipoic acid. However, this one is loaded with nutrients that get the job done. It helps with my foot pain, and I feel good on neuropathic pain relief.
