This is a very nice box of 30 mindfulness cards. They are housed in a colorful box that has affirmations written on the interior sides. The cards have the same design as the one featured on the box. Each one says "A Mindful Moment" on the front and can easily be popped open to reveal a beautiful and thought provoking message. The back of the cards have three blank lines so you can jot down your own thoughts about what you have just read.The cards are definitely on the thinner side, but I wouldn't describe them as flimsy. I was able to reseal a couple of them once opened, but I don't think this could be repeatedly done. Neither of these small quibbles would deter me from purchasing this item again. It would make a lovely gift, especially for someone looking to do some self-reflection. Reading one of these notes would be a great way to start or end your day.

When you need a break from your busy day and want to focus your attention on a positive topic, reach for one of these cards and take a break for a few minutes to reflect on the message. I am going to leave these sitting on my desk for when I start off in a negative spiral. The great thing about these is you don't have to keep them to yourself - sharing is a nice thing to do.

This is the cutest little box of cards! It is about the size of the palm of your hand, so the cards are quite tiny but just as nice quality. The box is decorated so adorably with many quotes all around. The cards are thick and the printing is bright. These are such a cute addition to tag onto a gift. The messages are a total surprise and have many variations as far as I can see (but I have yet to open them all).I love this unique mindful little tool and the company is awesome. I highly recommend

I have been working on being more mindful lately so these cards have been a welcome addition to my mornings. On mornings when I'm having a rough start to the day before work and need a little extra meditation time, I'll open one of these cards and contemplate its message. It is a neat little way to incorporate mindfulness into the beginning of my day. These are quite small but would make a great gift or a great conversation piece. I don't really get the pop-up feature unless you're passing them out randomly as a surprise or putting them in lunch boxes. For me, the pop-up feature is a little pointless but I do see how it could add a surprise aspect to the cards.
