All of the flavors of soup are very good. Convenient and easy to take away on short trips or work.

Good, no bad stuff inside.

Love these soups, except the ones that have "calcium chloride" which is an inflammatory and causes histamine release. However, the other great natural ingredients are why we eat them. So waiting on them to change to cartons instead of plastic bags.

I have all kinds of minor food reactions so I started eating mostly primal years ago and have never felt better. But, honestly, trying to have time to make that kind of lunch when you have an incredibly busy work schedule can be a challenge. I tried True Primal’s Chicken and Veg soup first and I was hooked! Super quality ingredients, great taste, very filling and outstanding customer service. What more can you ask for? Now I keep an embarrassingly large stash of soup pouches to make sure I can have a quick healthy lunch every day. No excuses. Now I have mixed up my flavors and they are all really delicious. I am trying their cookies next. Thank you True Primal!!!

I am amending my review as the seller brought out a good point to me regarding the sodium and cholesterol content. I originally mentioned that it was very high as I neglected to look at the ingredients label closely. However, the amount listed is for the WHOLE container. Usually, if you purchase other soups, they list the serving amount only and then note above that there are TWO servings in each small can. So content is about the same but you get more to eat with this soup brand. Admittedly, I was not crazy about the taste but I think that’s a preference. Worth a try.

taste really good, but if they minimized the salt and added herbs and other things so flavor was not minimized, would be much better. At this price point that should not be a problem.
