I just got this purse and I love it already The color of the purse is so pretty. Better than the picture. I got the zsxloud gray. When wearing the crossbody the purse lays so closes to my body. Love the material. The strap is great too. (there is a 2nd strap included). I love how wide it is and it doesn't bother my neck or shoulders either. There is also al ot of room for all my stuff so far. Want to get this in another color. Great purse
