CORN SUGAR 10LB BAG

I’m really pleased with how quickly my order arrived. This is a lot of sugar and should keep me provisioned for a while. Nice price for the quantity!Like many other reviewers, I found some sugar had escaped the plastic bag to be laying inside the box. The bag is pretty substantial, but I assume the jostling in transit messes with its integrity.Until I brew another batch of liquid goodness, it is staying in the box in which it came. Then I’ll put the remainder into a better container. No need to move it more than necessary.

My item arrived repackaged with sugar loose and spilling out of wide open holes the second one apparently provided to help and an apology from USPS. However this was a repeat purchase so I can say with near certainty it is very good (and priced fairly) at least for modest clean gravity additions and especially what I did mostly with it, priming. I also use light DME but it’s stickier/messier and also costs more. Seller was very helpful resolving my issue so I will return for more.

I used this to homebrew a 5 gallon batch of "Skeeter pee" (look up the recipe, it's really great). The batch came out fantastic, and I even used some of this for the in-bottle carbonation once it was done. It is extremely fine and easy to work with, though it does have a tendency of creating a "Cloud" since it is so fine. I highly recommend scooping rather than pouring to get the maximum out of your dollar. There is no significant taste compared to table sugar in homebrewing purposes, though straight out the bag it does taste a bit more "fake" that standard table sugar or cane sugar. Came packaged tightly and separated into a zip-top bag, great bang for your buck.

Used for brewing beer, little expensive for 10 lbs of what is just sugar. It was a couple ounces over 10 lbs, I measure and bag for storage. It's cheaper than buying priming sugar in packets of 4-5oz.

When this arrived it was all good except for a small hole in the front of the bag caused when shipping. I think the brown paper they stuff in the box must have rubbed up and created a small pin hole. I transferred the dextrose to three 1 gallon ziplock bags, so we're all good. They might want to upgrade their bag though.

Very good sugar dissolves quickly. Not happy with the packaging!! Box would hold 3 10lb bags of this sugar with that said the bag was open and the sugar was everywhere. Have received packages of this product in the past with no issues. It was placed upside down so the seal opened. Sugar is supposed to be in the bag not on my counter or inside the box. Not very happy!!

It’s a 10lb bag of dextrose. So far it’s the best price I have found for 10lbs of plain dextrose. I’ve been using dextrose for years in my post-workout shake, and also even more so recently as I have temporarily adopted a lower FODMAP diet; point being, to my taste buds and other sensory abilities, this dextrose appears to be of exactly the same quality as similar branded products (I was using the Now version for about $10 more).As mentioned in other reviews, No nutrition information accompanies this package so you will have to look that up online yourself. However, this information can be readily found with a little searching.I would recommend having some type of container to transfer this into over leaving it in the bag as it is much easier to use in a different container. I used an old protein powder tub.
