ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
I'm a 4th generation beekeeper and this is NOT beeswax. I don't know what it is (my guess, beeswax cut with paraffin) that has been dyed and perfumed. The smell is atrocious. Not at all the delicate sweet honey scent of real beeswax. It crumbles when rubbed between your fingers (real beeswax would soften and reshape). Candlemakers beware -- beeswax burns at higher temperatures than paraffin and requires different wicks in order to burn correctly as a dripless candle that doesn't self-extinguish, create too much soot, etc. Whatever this is - it won't work the same way Cosmetics makers, beware -- there is clearly perfum in this product and something other than beeswax. I should have known better than to buy this. Real beeswax is a precious substance. Depending on how it's harvested it can take between 30-100lbs of honey to produce a 1-2lbs of beeswax. Real 100% beeswax goes for about $9-$12 a pound. Find a commercial beekepper (locally if you can!) and ignore this GARBAGE.

Realmente un olor natural, un color único y una calidad 100 % garantizada. Para mis tabletas aromáticas y mis velas artesanales son excelentes

Unnatural sweet smell. But works fine.
I made a salve and some chapstick with it so far and it has worked just fine. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5- it has a very sweet smell to it which I do not think is natural(or at least none of the other beeswax I’ve ever used has had a strong sweet smell). I doubt this is actually organic.

Used to make homemade emergency candles, works great but seems to have a light perfume scent when you melt the wax

I decided to try out this wax out for making candles as an alternative to the soya wax I have been using. The end result was utter rubbish. The wax seemed to melt and pour well at first, but the wax shrank in each container and the top around the wicks of every candle I poured cratered. This is definitely not '100% Organic Beeswax' (the use of 'organic' should have been an alarm bell to stay well away from this product) The only time I have experienced cratering like this is when I've used paraffin, which leads me to think this is coloured and scented paraffin. The colour and scent are decidedly NOT correct for pure beeswax. Lesson learned. If I could sent this product back to the manufacturer for a refund, I would.

YASNAY Yellow Beeswax Pellets (2LB) and I am beyond impressed with the quality. If you're into natural crafting, skincare, or candle making, this is hands-down one of the best beeswax products out there. Purity & Quality: The first thing I noticed was the beautiful natural yellow color and the clean, subtle honey scent — a clear sign of 100% pure and organic beeswax. No chemical smell, no artificial coloring — just clean, high-quality pellets straight from nature. Easy to Work With: The pellet form is super convenient! They melt evenly and quickly, which makes them perfect for DIY balms, lotions, candles, lip products, and more. No clumping, no impurities — just smooth consistency every time. Great for both beginners and seasoned crafters. Packaging & Quantity: You get a generous 2 pounds, which goes a long way, especially for smaller batches of homemade products. The resealable bag is sturdy and keeps the wax fresh and clean between uses. Multipurpose Magic: So far, I’ve used it to make: Homemade beeswax candles (burns clean with a natural scent) Lip balm and hand salves (soft, moisturizing texture) Beeswax wraps for food storage (works beautifully with cotton) Wood and leather polish (natural and effective) Organic & Safe: Knowing that this beeswax is 100% organic gives me peace of mind when using it for skincare and lip products. It’s gentle, non-toxic, and ideal for anyone looking to reduce chemicals in their DIY routines. Final Verdict: The YASNAY Yellow Beeswax Pellets are everything you want in a natural product — pure, versatile, easy to use, and high quality. Whether you’re making candles, cosmetics, or household products, this beeswax delivers every time. I’ll definitely be reordering! Highly recommend to anyone who loves clean crafting and sustainable living

I purchased the Organic Yellow Beeswax to make candles, skin products and other crafts. I gave it 4 stars because it is very easy to melt and pour and I did not have issue with my candles cracking. However the color is very yellow and the product does have a strong honey/candy almost chemical smell. I am not sure what other ingredient is in the product, but I will not be using it for skin products. Because the smell is so strong, I am adding citronella and using the candles outside to repel biting insects. From my personal experience, natural beeswax is more brown/tan in color with a bee propolis odor.
