I have built a platform (one in place, one next to the opening in the four). These straps allow me to pick up the platforms to allow access to the floor below. I purchased these expecting moderate strength. I found them to be very well built with a large “washer” plate underneath to distribute the weight better than I had expected. I rate these as an excellent purchase. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very sturdy . Comes with backing plate and hardware. Hardware will be good for at least an 1” floor where standard is 3/4 thick.

Everything as promised. The only thing I don’t like is that the fitment of the backing plate can be tricky the thicker the decking application is. Make sure you drill straight the first time, and your backing plate is facing the right way when you start bolting down or else, you’ll end up needing to correct. I made that mistake on one and had to take extra time to go back.
