It is a neat kettle that filters water before boiling. Amazing when compared to my last kettle that had built up of limescale.

So, I'm a bit torn with this kettle.On the one hand, it makes a decent cup of tea. We live in a medium to soft water area, so would probably be more noticeable with harder water, but there is an improvement.The digital display is handy, you can visually see when it's nearly at temperature which is quite nice.However, it's not without it's flaws.At 1L it's not a massive capacity - enough for a couple of cups of tea & a porridge pot, but that's it.The filtering, while nice, is quite slow. If you get home from work desperate for a cuppa you'd better hope you remembered to fill it before you left, or you'll be waiting a while for that drink!And the beeps... dear God it beeps for everything!! 3 beeps cuz you turned it on at the plug, 3 when you tlstart it boiling, 3 when it's boiled, another one to remind you it boiled... honestly, the beeps are possibly the worst thing about it.Overall I think its probably a bit expensive for what it is. I probably wouldn't recommend.

Loved it and bought a second one right away ! It filters , boils , and is just wonderful !

It looks pretty and its a good addition to the ascetics of a kitchen but unfortunately this kettle just doesn't stay the course. I have hard water and a double filter on my water system which leaves the water in good condition to add to a kettle. This kettle has an additional filter so the water going into this kettle should have been top quality. The kettle was cleaned weekly with soft applications but After 4 months the base of the kettle just can't handle the water!. On view the water boiling concentration is on one side and the result was a build up of scale on one side. Regardless of how much the kettle was cleaned the water when boiled would cloud and stay cloudy.....Ive since went back to my original filtered kettle and the result is perfectly boiled, non cloudy water!Great shame as this was a lovely kettle, but as they say looks aren't everything especially if it doesn't do as it says on the box!

Generally really happy with the kettle but it's fiddly getting the temperature control where you want it. You turn it anti-clockwise and it might go up or it might go down...

Works exactly how it should! Great product and good quality.
