I hesitated for ages on buying an induction burner, idk why but I did. Then when I decided to, I spent weeks looking at every one on amazon and debating. End of the day I pulled the trigger on this because it looked big enough, had high enough wattage, was simple and was cheap in case I didn't like induction.Let me tell you, this is SO great compared to the infrared burner I used to use. Boils water super fast, cooks everything amazing and works great at low and high temps. I'm super impressed at how well it works and the full glass top makes it so easy to just wipe clean after. Its got a huge top for larger pans, though the actual area it heats is smaller just like most burners. It is much larger than my old one though and the heat spreads well through my pan, no complaints!I cant stress how happy I am with this purchase. I considered other burners 2-3x the cost of this one and I'm glad I didn't bother. Ive been using it for about a month now with 0 issues. As long as it holds up for a couple years I will be happy. Might buy a second one in case they vanish or go up drastically in price as many things these days do.

Our vacation cabin had no stove. I loved this easy to use item. It heats instantly, cleans easily, & stows in a drawer.. I recommend this for anyone traveling. It’s so convenient.You do need a good stainless steel pan or it won’t work. I bought one at a thrift store. Don’t give it a poor review unless you have the right type of pan!

Been using this cooktop for almost 2 years now and its been great. heats up fast and just overall good quality induction cooker.

Seemingly simple to use and clean. I like that it tells me right away (and auto shuts off) if it doesn't detect a compatible pan on it. I like that it even indicates when it's still hot and leaves its interval fan going until it cools down enough. I'm also a personal fan of it using all red LEDs, as I greatly dislike blue ones.Cleaning is easy too, just a damp cloth and light rubbing gets off all the splatters from food I've encountered. I've taken to using a small section of parchment paper to overlay all but the controls, as it's oven safe and can just be thrown away for even easier cleaning.Only downside I can find is the only feedback for the touch controls is a loud shrill beep. I would've liked possibly rubber membrane buttons that I could feel depress, and a less harsh sound. But I'm happy for the overall value.

Most amazing quality and ultra cool looking burner out there… and the price? Some of these really look odd… this looks sleek and has great controls and safety features. Some of these make loud swirling sounds… not this one. At this price, buy 2 and check your pans for compatibility

In fact have bought 2 of these and we are very happy with them. Other reviews complain about them not working with their pots. My guess is they did not read the part about the pots needing to have a ferrous metal bottom and in induction cook top uses electro magnetic induction to generate safe heat. They actually cook much better heating from inside to outside of pots rathe than heating outside inward. They also com up to temperature faster and seem to cook faster at the same temp as the bottom of the pot is heated more evenly.

I use this to cook outside in a little kitchen area I made for myself. This cook top is high even at 5. So be careful. The pots will reach temperature almost instantly. I have to keep up around 2 or 3 for low cooking. The controls are easy to use and see. I believe it's big enough for large pots. I would not use it for an extra large pot.As a plus and minus the cook top shuts off. It's a plus because you won't burn your food if your careful. It's a minus cause for braising and slow cooking it will turn off before you're food is done.I can only give it 3 stars because of this.
