I take these to cut the COMPLEX carbs for weight loss. I did try another brand and they were upsetting to my digestive system. These are not, so far no nasty side effects Iike other prescription meds. I do lose weight with these if I take them as directed on the bottle. I will keep buying this product.

Not sure if "phase 2" is really any better than non phase 2 versions of this type of product but, I like this one better than the keto one I was using till now. Feels like more is happening when I take these. Problem for me is, the better I think it works , the more I want to use them to cheat! Beware of the sense of false freedom these give you or your jeans wont get loose!Overall, I'm buying again when this bottle gets low.
