I very detailed and interesting kit to assemble. However the illustrated instructions are not at all clear in places.However most important is the fact that although listed in the contents in the instruction booklet there was no glue nor a music box mechanism.Very disappointing.

I have done a few book nooks, and am disappointed with this. For the price I would have expected more prices to slot together rather than relying on constant glueing. The material is cheap; the templates make it impossible to stick the material to the wood. I am still persevering but not enjoying it as much as I usually do. I am hoping the final outcome will make the time consuming glueing worth the effort. Will not buy from this manufacturer again though. Please, for the price, make the pieces sturdier! This review is for the miniature dolls house only.

The media could not be loaded.  We have a bit of an addiction to these little book nooks and miniatures. This one was better than many we have done providing a higher quality of paper and painted wood pieces. Some of the instructions were lacking but want difficult to figure it out. Not for the novice but super fun and adorable when complete.

This craft fit in perfectly with my bookshelf. Great for a rainy day project. I especially loved the little details and amount of time it took to put together. It is great for beginners and pros, as the instructions are easy to follow and the attention to detail is important. I especially loved the dust cover being included so I could protect my work from my very curious cat.

I’ve completed at least a dozen book nook kits. This is not like any of the kits I’ve ever done. None of the wooden parts are painted/ printed on. All of that is done via cutting out the graphics and then gluing them on the pieces. The LED wiring is an absolute mess of individual circuits of lights that have to be wired together manually. The beautiful little flowers seen in the pictures have to be removed from a sheet of thin paper and glued individually in place. The curtains and bed comforter in the pictures have to be cut to size from scraps of fabric included. The scale of this set is much smaller than most book nooks. Soin turn the pieces in turn are very, very small. I’m sure this is a great looking kit when completed many years after starting. But I didn’t have that kind of time to devote to this and returned it.

I really enjoy putting together miniatures and this was fun.
