My wife and I have been taking these Naturebell Magnesium Complex 500mg for a few weeks now with vitamin D and Zinc. This is a fantastic choice because as a combination all of the vitamins together our sleep, mind fog, migraines, muscle aches and energy has improved immensely! We have seen and felt a huge improvement and are very relieved to finally feel better! After eating dinner we take our vitamins and within less then 30 min we are ready for bed the absorption of these pills are impressive, they don’t have much of a taste as long as you swallow quick and the size of the pills don’t bother us at all. When I broke my tailbone, my chiropractor told me to take magnesium and I healed in half the time I normally would have! Love this stuff so much! I guess these are just fine, but be aware... I decided to get really serious about taking my vitamins & supplements... then I thought I got food poisoning. Like the kind you *run* to the bathroom for. But when it persisted for more than 3 days and got to 2 weeks, I was really concerned, thought maybe it was a supplement, quit taking every thing for a week & my innards returned to normal. So then i slowly added supplements back in one at a time, & the magnesium was the issue. So now I just take 1 per day.

I have been using this for a while now. It helps me sleep and stay more asleep. It also helps with ham string cramps that I was getting at night after stocking in my job. It helps me relax my mind as well as camomile tea does after supper helps me get a good nights rest with both. The magnesium helps on its own as well if your not a tea drinker.
