The media could not be loaded.  From the pictures and description, I expected this to be a thick knit of yellow. Instead it is thin, but opaque, and golden yellow. The threads are actually more metallic than yellow. Still, we are pleased. My husband liked it so we are keeping it, and may buy the larger size for when all of the leaves are in. First I am going to try angling it at a diamond shape over a white table cloth for those occasions.I particularly like the amount of white breaking up the gold/yellow. Also, my husband resisted me buying any pattern or color for fear of "busy", but he was happy when I showed him this on the table, next to gray linen blinds. He wants "not white, sterile, not neutrals, color, but not busy, not blocks of colors, not patterns..." Yeah, you can see why I eventually just bought this and THEN showed him 😆 Point is, pleased the hard to please by being a good balance.Note again, though, the product was not a homey, thick knit with yellow, but an expensive looking yellow gold. Just so you get what you want 😊Ran it through an initial wash on 'table linens' setting, (yup, appliances these days are Fancy) then air dried it over a rack. Held up just fine.Surrounding furniture is white with golden supports, so it's perfect. Looks okay with the silbver appliances, too.No stains yet to have tested.

beautiful rich golden yellow with a subtle shimmer, nice texture and weight to the cloth as well. very pretty.

A beautiful linen! I got two in gold and blue and they’re both a nice quality. I used them for a dinner party and some guests dropped sushi soy sauce all over it. I threw it in the washer and dried it on the delicate cycle. They came out very slightly shrunk but I carefully stretched out the corners and they straightened out.

Only con is that it isn't reversable. But it lays great and looks beautiful

Absolutely gorgeous quality. The weave looks well-done and the fabric is thicker than I'd expected. Very pleased with this one and I plan to by another.

I guess I should have looked at the reviews first because I might have been tipped off that the material has a sheen to it that I was not expecting. In the listing photos it looks like it’s going to be a more casual, bohemian mustard yellow (which is exactly what I wanted). Instead, once I opened it, I realized that it’s more gold than yellow and doesn’t have as much of a casual look. I’m not thrilled with it. I’m going to put it on my table to see what it looks like with my curtains, etc, but I may be returning it for something else since it’s not really what I was hoping for.

I bought this for Thanksgiving and for a card table we have, it worked great. I keep it out away at any other time because I have cats who scratch and throw up in random places in the home. However I love it and can't wait to try it on a real table.
