NIBBI PE22 Carburetor Kit 22 mm – Smooth Throttle, Strong Build & Great Upgrade
I installed the NIBBI PE22 22 mm carburetor kit on my small-engine build (mini-bike / go-kart / pit-bike style), and it’s easily one of the best upgrades I’ve done so far. Build Quality & Materials: Right away, you can tell this carb is built well. The body is anodized — which gives it corrosion resistance, durability, and a solid feel overall. The slide inside is smooth and well-machined, and the airflow path feels refined (not rough or rushed), which I believe helps with smoother throttle response. Installation & Fitment: Installation was straightforward: I used a matching 48 mm flange-mount manifold and standard throttle cable setup, and the carb mounted cleanly without forcing anything. If your manifold and intake match up (flange center ≈ 48 mm, engine-side 22 mm bore), this carb will bolt on nicely. Performance & Ride Feel: Once installed and tuned, the PE22 provided noticeably smoother throttle response — acceleration feels more consistent and power delivery is stable. Idle is stable (after tuning) and the transition from idle to throttle opening is smoother than with my stock carb. Overall rideability improved, with more responsive throttle and fewer hiccups during throttle changes. Tuning Flexibility: This kit comes with jets (main and pilot) allowing you to fine-tune fuel/air mixture based on your engine, airbox, exhaust, and altitude. That tuning flexibility is a big plus — especially if you swap exhaust, intake, or run in varying conditions. Overall Value: For the money, this carburetor kit represents a solid upgrade compared to many stock or cheaper carb options. It’s well built, performs reliably, and gives you tuning control. If you run a small- to mid-size engine (commonly used in mini-bikes, pit-bikes, go-karts, ATVs, etc.), the NIBBI PE22 is a dependable choice.

Great Carb for ssr 125.
Easy to install, looks great, didn’t have to tune (live in the Rockies) idle adjustment is easy, no leaks, bike performs better, fits good on my ssr 125. 10/10 would and will get for my other projects.

Very nice and looks good
Used on a 1996 xr80 with a BBR big bore kit. Had some trouble mounting and had to cut a number plate but it fired right up once I got it on after installing 95cc big bore kit. Used all summer without issue. Hopefully add gas and go this spring!

Great upgrade
I got this to replace the anemic carb on my 24' boom vader and It woke my bike up, I already removed the emissions crap but the bike was still being held back until I added the nibbi22 with flange, I opted to get the intake rube as well and I'm glad I did, started up right out the box, adjusted air fuel screw 1.5 turns out and the idle to 1500 rpm and it's great, no bog at regular speed or wide open, unless you try ro gun it from a stop but regular riding and spirited riding is so much better, the fit is good, just be careful with the angled filter as mine hit the forks and I damaged my filter, that's no fault of the product, you don't need a 26mm for a 135, I hears they are harder to tune on a 125 vader, ssr etc, you will be better with the 22mm, looks awesome, wasn't damaged during shipping or otherwise.

Get jet kit with it!!
Super easy install. Easy to tune but it was a little hard finding info on correct jet size for altitude. Also had to turn the intake manifold 180 degrees to get it to fit on my tao 125 atv. It's larger than the stock carburetor. It looks really nice and it's a quality part. 35/108 jets work perfect for me at 300asl. Had to order them separately but more pep is worth the $10.

Easy to install and instant performance for Coleman B200
Removing the original factory Coleman B200 carb was harder than installing the Nibbi, did need to replace the throttle cable, and that was very easy. After installing pulled start coil, started immediately! Little throttle adjustment needed because it was 15 degrees, but runs like a champ and easily adjustable. I used the Nibbi stock setup, I did not use the other jets that were included. Throttle now is INSTANT with nice torque. I highly recommend if you want to improve and upgrade from a factory carb with linkage, springs, and screws(those all are eliminated with the Nibbi). Honestly stop wasting time and looking at those cheaper ones.

100% recommended upgrade - updated!
I swapped out the stock carb that kept giving me float issues. I didn’t even use the included larger jets. Just put it on and the bike started right up and absolutely rips! Great quality carb and extremely easy install. Update: carb float bowl got stuck about a year later with minimal usage and proper fuel. The lower drain line rotted and fuel spilled out all over and caused a fire. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! At the very least, replace the overflow hose!!
