Excellent customer service
This barcode scanner is very good for the price.The instructions were a little confusing for me because I have dyslexia. I contacted the customer services department and they were excellent. They responded immediately, they sent photographs to me as a way to ensure that I understood what to do in order to make the scanner compatible with my MacBook. I was astonished by their thoughtful kindness, which made my understanding so much easier.

Worked well for what I needed
I got this to scan 1D code128 barcodes. Did the job well. It seams to have a working distance of about 15-40cm for the barcodes we had. Construction is a little basic but good for the price. I will be getting anithe one of these again if I need another

Leistet gute Arbeit
Habe den Scanner für ein Fluke Messgerät bestellt und der Scanner funktioniert einwandfrei. Einstellungen am Scanner werden ohne Probleme übernommen. Auch einen Sturz hat der Scanner ohne Probleme weggesteckt.
