Q: Any feedback from buyers who've used the rod for fly fishing for trout?

First off, it’s not a fly rod. I used this spinning rod for bass and it worked flawlessly. It’s stiffer than you think, but very helpful pulling bass out of the weeds.

Q: I love the rod and reel combo, but how do I get more of the lures? Specifically the boot tail minnow.

Thank you very much for your kind interesting to our fishing set! We are quite sorry that, the sets have no reel including as we think the expert fishers have their own fishing reels. As for the lures, we are a new store which started in May, 2021 and we have no more lures in our stock. Maybe next year, we will prepare some combos of various of lures. Q: Can I buy the soft bag with the rod without having to buy the set? Do you sell replacement for the soft bag?

We are quite sorry that only our sets of Xpedite has the soft bag, the 'Rod' has an oxford bag. But the rods of our 'Rod' and 'Sets' are the same rod, pls compare the links of 'Rod' and 'Sets', you could find the different of unit price :-) you are welcome to order our 'sets'.
