Neff Z5102X5 Cooker Hood Accessories Starter Set for Air Operation

Just what was needed. When you buy a hood it is not clear you need this accessory as other manufacturers include it. In a way I understand NEFF, why put something in the box that may not be required. Anyway, this kit done just the job I needed of it, price here on Amazon was also lower than by going direct with supplier. Kit was high quality and I would not suggest yourself by comments saying otherwise. To be on the save side either call NEFF or check their website to see if this part will fit your hood before placing an order as there are many variants.

Purchased this because the NEFF website said it was correct for my new NEFF extractor fan. Sadly it wasn't and I had to buy a smaller filter to go in the kit. NEFF "customer care" were unhelpful and couldn't care less.The kit itself is flimsy. It relies on 2 large jubilee clips, which are of extremely poor quality. One of them wouldn't tighten up at all and the other was extremely difficult. I had to go to my local hardware store to buy new clips of an acceptable quality.So, in short, I had to replace half of this kit to get it to work. I am also extremely disappointed with the customer care side of NEFF and will NEVER buy a NEFF product again.
