These things are huge and not suitable to cut down to size and so it made my shoes that are too big for me, too small. It caused my feet to be completely crushed against the tops of my shoes and caused blisters because my feet were rubbing like crazy with these in.Correct size was ordered but they're just not to size at all.I didn't bother returning but I put them in the bin.Edit: I have upped from 1 star to 3 star because they were quick with replying to my review and offering a full refund. Can't complain with their customer support. These were too thick for my shoes but perhaps they are more suited to a different shoe type. They felt comfortable outside of the shoe.
