Sound quality is fine but Product started cracking

Now this was a super pleasant surprise. I own many kalimba’s and play a lot. This kalimba has the finest keys out of all of my kalimbas; they are supersoft and the sound is amazing, up to the highest tones. The design is lovely. It comes with a crafty set; you can add little screws for the chain and decoration to your kalimba. It is quite heavy, but still ok. Accessories include all you may(or may not) need and are of great quality. Big recommendation from me!

The website the booklet takes ya to is a little sketchy. Some of the keys are also really right. Sounds ok. Have not tuned it. Will update after I tune.

I got this as a present for my adult grandson. The included accessories are a nice addition. The tone of this kalimba is good and he will appreciate the four lower notes. The reason for 3 instead of 5 stars is the roughness of the back. It feels like some sort of coating. The front is smooth, but the back, where your fingertips rest isn’t. The overall design with the white deer looks peaceful, relaxing while playing. I wish the back of the kalimba had a better feel, as the front. If it did, I certainly would have rated 5 stars.

I have numerous kalimbas by many big names (LingTing, Hluru, Seeds, Chill Angels, Moozica, etc.). I like to collect kalimbas so I took a chance on this. For a less expensive 21 key kalimba, I am very impressed. It produces good sound. There are no dead or stiff tines. The tines are comfortable to pluck and engraved with both letters and numbers. The kalimba is prettier than the picture. Be aware though that the acrylic is transparent. Some of the pictures make it look like it is purple, but those pictures were obviously shot in front of a purple background. The second picture down is accurate to how it looks. I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend it.
