I used 16, wife took 27, tossed out 7.
Worth all 50 pennies, each patch was surprisingly good quality for its cost. I did not actually iron them on, so no clue if the glue is 5 stars.

Decent quality/mix for the price
Bought for my daughter's vest. Decent quality patches, some spotable knockoffs. Some duplicates, but overall a good buy.
