The heel cushion pads are very comfortable and do the job of stopping my heels flip flopping out of the smart shoes and casual shoes. I take a 5.5 sized shoe etc. And it's extremely frustrating when the majority of shoe sales deliberately miss out the 'point five' in their production lines. I usually stick to 5,5 styles - however, if I can use the heel cuhions to aid my comfort, I'm a happy bunny. These heel cushion patches keep their firmness over time and have good sticking power, which is a sign if a good qualit6 product . Personally I will ensure I have a few spare pairs of the heel cushioned pads for my own use as I wouldn't want to run out

If I could I would leave no stars. Absolute rubbish. The pad comes away from the adhesive with one wear and then leaves sticky adhesive on the back of your shoes. Did not work and has ruined my shoes as a result. I wanted a refund but apparently this item is but eligible for returns. Do not waste your money Luke I have wasted mine.
