the web page for this product DOES NOT CONTAIN A CONTENTS DESCRIPTION .. i looked a lot for contents before ordering and could not find anything except the label on the bottle front so i assumed it was EVO with real truffles essence ONLY .. I opened the package and found out it contains ARTIFICIAL FLAVORING AND I DO NOT EAT ANY FOOD PRODUCT WITH ARTIFICIAL ANYTHING. As the Romans used to say .. caveat emptor

Very good flavor
I have purchased truffle oil before. This the best! I brush it on flat bread before heating. I use it on popcorn. This time I bought the smaller bottle. The only thing that was different is that it didn't have a drizzling top
