This is a good product

Just as good as higher priced liners. Goes on smoothly and doesn’t smear.

The pencil is really smooth and goes on easily. The reason I gave it 3 stars is that I wanted it for directly inside of the bottom lid of my eye. However, when I do that I feel there is a film on my eye. It is as if there is something on my eye. It is great for lining outside of the eye, but am disappointed it does that as it goes on quite smoothly. Only good for lining outside around the eye.

I didn't like this - too thick and "smudgy" . I got it for the sharpener as I have another gel liner that works better. Sharpener was like a cheap pencil sharpener - wouldn't recommend !

Must have been an old package. Each pencil tip fell off when trying to use. Useless…
