I bought this for my father, who has no bladder control, after 2 previous types that failed miserably. This encompasses the area completely so that a non erect P can put this on and effectively collect and divert the flow. However, this is not for nighttime use as the flow needs to go down and not under, perfect for sitting, standing and walking in . Also to note, it comes attached to a full pair of boxer type comfortable underware , unlike others with basically a g-string in the back. This product has given my dad his dignity back, not having to pee in a “diaper” all day. I sing praises from rooftops for this product.

Doesn’t work very well while seated or lying down. This leaves only standing as the way it will work—unsatisfactory. The tube connection to the bag is not very secure—it’s very cheap and prone to disconnecting easily. Even if the first sentence problems didn’t exist, I would have to tape the connection to the bag with tape due to its awful design.

Good idea just not refined yet

It is very useful no only if someone has problems with the blade, people also use when go to outside activities where is not easy to get bathroom like fishing in a small boat or celebrations like new year in NY, dropping ball.

I've only used it one day , but so far it has really worked well! I'm a 67 year -old who works a job where bathrooms aren't always available. It works so well I'm thinking about ordering another! I realize it's only been one day but this is proving to be a lifesaver. Hopefully, it's durable!

Product didn’t work for my elderly father, leaked and messed all over himself. Although the quality, comfort, and fit of the product was good.

I am totally incontinent, 24/7. That is a recent development, and I do not know if it is just temporary. Even before ordering the "Urinal Bag Incontinence Pants for Men" I figured there is NO WAY it will work for someone lying in a bed. Shortly after receiving it I verified that assumption. I works fine when standing or sitting - only. Knowing in advance that I would not be satisfied with strapping a collection bag to my leg using the provided cords and having it flop around with every step taken, at the same time I ordered a couple of stretchy cloth bag collection bag holders similar in construction to knee socks with the foot cut off. An empty collection bag slides into the holder - like a man's wallet into a rear pants pocket. (Sold by Carer via Amazon, just $17 for 2 - minimum order). I can't imagine wearing the pants without them. As I write this the pants are proving their worth and I have another pair, together with a pair leg bag holders in my Shopping Cart. Now, just one question remains unanswered: what is the purpose of the wad of soft fabric mesh stuffed into the upper end of the collection tube?

The idea is great but didn’t work for my patient, leaking specifically laying down, and too small. Not recommended.
