The Rangemaster arrived on time. It was very easy to put together. I tried it out and it worked and connected well pulling in a very strong signal. I particularly like the long cable. Perfect for my Motorhome

great bit of kit !

The rangemaster is ideal if you have weak campsite wifi signal inside your caravan and need to be outside to use it. The range master is only as good as the campsite wifi but will extend your range, we have it set up on our caravan and we have a good signal now in the caravan, ideal for email, games and music. It's other advantage is that if your on club wifi you can pay for one user only and up to 4 or 5 people can use the one subscription.

Instructions were not clear at all the Audi wouldn’t even work I couldn’t load anything

Was easy to set up but NO internet, tried Caravan site internet & BT WiFi. Their Tech dept was a waste of space only available 10 till 3!! First day it was too late to ring Tech Support. 2nd Day rang just after 10am to be told I would get a 'Call Back' waited till 2.30pm & rang again requesting Tech support. 20 minutes later I got a text, telling me to do what I had already tried on several attempts. Then followed a text message conversation resulting in 'I've never come across that before. I will speak to my supervisor & I will get back to you - realistically tomorrow' I didn't hold my breath though which was lucky as surprise surprise no one has contacted me at all today (Day 3) . The Damn thing is being returned!!
