This is definitely not for an infant! I bought it for my 3 month old daughter to wear for Halloween, this hat fits me. Just look at the pictures and you can see that it is not made for an infant whatsoever.

Adorable hat. My daughter has thin, almost non-existent hair (approaching 1st birthday), so I decided to get this hat as a joke. It's crazy cute. The quality of the braids is a little cheap, but the concept is so good that no one notices. It's almost uncomfortable going out with her wearing it because so many people stop to comment on how cute she is in it. Even though it is a bit pricey, the smiles it puts on people's faces are priceless. Plus, for teethers, the braids can be chewed on!

We bought this for our great grandchild. Great grandpa is Norwegian. Cutest cap.
