221 page book. This book is high quality with thick pages and a hard cover. The book is perfect for my 8 year old who is in 3rd grade. The book series comes in a comic book style. They are very fun, imaginative and interesting. The book pages are full of colorful illustrations and not tons of words. The print is large and fun. It's just a fun easy reading kids book.bmy daughter has almost read them all. She even reads them multiple times. Would highly recommend to anyone with kids around 2-5 grade. Definitely buy!!! You will buy more after that I'm sure. Good luck!

My son really enjoyed this book, just like he does all of the Dog Man books. Fun, easy to read, and kept him engaged the whole time.

my family and I absolutely love the dog man books for our two young sons. I feel like my four-year-old has even learned to read some words from some of the repetitive words in the dog man series ! Their colorful, fun and entertaining in the end of every book has a good life lesson hidden in it!

Our 8 year old is obsessed with the Dog Man series, and The Scarlet Shedder (LOL) was the next one we NEEDED to read! Subtle humor, heartwarming characters, silly illustrations, and interactive flip-o-Rama sections back this entire series a blast to read together. Some of the words are a bit complex for my son, sometimes intentionally as part of the story, but he is becoming a better reader and story teller because of Dog Man!

My 10 Year old Grandson loves this series. It helps him be willing to read more than be on video games

Livro excelente, muito divertido como todos os outros da série Homem-Cão, minha filha de 8 anos é fã e eu com 42 também. Diálogos, ainda que em inglês, não são muito complexos e os tradutores estão aí pra ajudar. Já no aguardo do lançamento do Big Jim Begins (comprado na pré venda)!
