DERMAFLASH DERMAPORE+ Skin Care Device, Ultrasonic 2-in-1 Pore Extractor and Skincare Infuser, Blush

I am a huge fan of Dermaflash and their products. This is another great one. The unit is rechargeable and comes with the charging cord. This device does not need replacement heads, and only requires cleaning with an alcohol wipe after use. There are several pulsing actions, with the first being what removes the “gunk” from pores. The unit is easy to use and does a good job of cleaning your face. I do alternate with a microdermabrasion and pore strips every so often, but this is a good addition to my skin care routine.

Dislike that this item quit working only after using it a few weeks. It will not charge nor turn on and when I tried to exchange it or return it the seller would not let me. Only option was to troubleshoot it! This expensive of an item should have an exchange policy at least! Please help!

Highly recommend this little magical device. I purchased it on prime day and it was a great deal. I had been wanting to order one for a while.It cleans your pores, it makes you look and feel like you just got a facial. My skin feel better than it has in a while, it is a noticeable difference after 3 weeks of use (not daily).

Got it for a month. Using it 3x a week. It does get the sebaceous filaments out from the pores (closer to surface of the face). For whiteheads, or deeper blackheads, best to use the extractor. Easy to use. Decent price. Does cause face to be red but the redness will go away in a few minutes. Skin feels cleaner, feels less of the bumps. Pores look clear, unclog. Less of the "black dots" on the face.

I just used it for the first time. Seems to work for well. Love how much gunk it got out.My cheeks and forehead are extremely red, swollen, and splotchy but maybe I have sensitive skin and I should have spot tested so that’s on me.BUT I really want to know if anyone else felt like they were getting electric shocks while using it? I followed the instructions and really soaked my face with water and the prespray but yeah, I’d definitely kept zapping me…

My esthetician has commented on how great my skin has been. This has helped clear out gunk that wasn’t necessarily visible but clearly was there. I’m not used to trying to do my own extractions but this really does seem to help. I’m not sure about whether or not the spray adds anything.

Didn’t work I tried charging it and it still didn’t turn on.

I just got it yesterday and had to use it right away. After just one use my skin looks so much better. It got a lot of gunk out.
